Required Documents
The following documents are required when depositing funds into your Smartdirect500 trading account:
A valid copy of your passport or government-issued ID with a signature

A recent utility bill with your full name and home address

A signed summary of your online transaction history

When Do Documents Need to Be Submitted?
The required verification documents must be submitted before requesting a withdrawal.
In certain cases, Smartdirect500 may also request these documents before approving deposits, trading activities, or other account actions.
If the documents are not submitted, withdrawal requests will be canceled and the funds returned to your trading account. In such cases, you will be notified via your account’s internal messaging system.
